How do I apply?


Applying is easy! Simply click the "Apply Now" tab above. You can also call our main office (913-322-2495) to speak with a recruiter. We'll discuss any openings and help with the on-boarding process.




What do I need to bring for my interview?


Bring your resume and two forms of ID to complete the on-boarding process.




How can I view my paystubs and W-2?


All past paystubs and W-2s can be found in your ADP account. Simply login to your ADP pay profile on their website or app. If you're needing help with your login, our payroll team is here for you! payroll@sovstaffgrp.com




How often do I get paid?


Paydays are weekly, every Monday, starting on the second Monday after your first day.




I've already worked for Sovereign Staffing Group. Am I eligible for another position?


Depends. If the conditions of your separation were acceptable, contact your recruiter to discuss another opportunity.




Are your jobs temporary?


We offer a variety of different opportunites- temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. Details vary between work locations.




How can I refer a friend?


We'd love to hear from your friend! They can simply fill out the application located on the "Apply Now" tab or contact your recruiter directly. We give away prizes to our top referers, so make sure they mention your name! You can also complete the “Refer a Friend” form on our website and we’ll contact your referral!




I can't make it to work today. How do I call out?


Informing your managers is easier than ever! You'll go to the "Attendance" tab above and complete the form for your worksite.
